Teachers Who Care

EGOS Academy teachers that care will show those incoming teachers the best ideas of learning comes directly from educators who know what's working in today's classrooms. We will create resources that are created by a teacher who has been in the profession for twenty plus years.EGOS Academy will show that each student will receive engaging and standards-aligned instruction that 's tailored to each kid's skill level and interest.

Our objective is to tap into the wisdom and experience of other educators that are coming into the profession.

Help incoming teachers adjust to their new role, give guidance and leadership, we will provide support through activities such as: 

Develop a growth plan based on teachers strengths and weaknesses. 
Observe incoming teachers lessons and providing positive feedback to insure success in their journey 
have in post observation conferences to assure each incoming teacher is comfortable and successful
Help with Co-planning lessons to assist teachers in managing their classes and classwork for students
